EIS & SEIS

Enterprise Investment
Schemes.

The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) are UK government schemes that help smaller, early-stage companies raise finance by offering tax reliefs to the individuals who invest in them.

EIS and SEIS can offer valuable tax advantages. But tax relief should never be used to justify an investment that does not stand up on its own merits. At Oakridge, we believe investors should want to own the underlying business regardless of the tax incentives available.
